2. Conditions for a Refund

To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that you meet the following conditions:

• Your request is submitted within 7 days of your initial purchase.
• You have contacted our technical support team to attempt to resolve the issue before requesting the refund.
• Your internet connection meets the minimum requirement of 30 Mbps for a stable IPTV experience. We cannot issue refunds for buffering caused by the user's internet service provider (ISP) or local network issues.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Please note that refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

• If the 7-day guarantee period has already passed.
• If your account was banned or suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., sharing your subscription or using it on more devices than allowed).
• If you are requesting a refund for a Reseller Panel. Once reseller credits are purchased and added to your panel, they are strictly non-refundable.

4. How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is simple. If you meet the conditions above, please reach out to our billing team with your Order Number and the Username of your subscription.

Note: Refunds usually take 3 to 5 business days to appear on your bank statement, depending on your payment method and financial institution. Cryptocurrency refunds will be processed based on the equivalent USD/EUR value at the time of purchase.
