Our IPTV service is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following rules:

  • Single Connection: Unless you have purchased a multi-device plan, you are only allowed to use the service on one device at a time. Sharing your subscription or using it on multiple devices simultaneously will result in an automatic ban without a refund.
  • No Restreaming: Restreaming, broadcasting, or publicly displaying our content is strictly prohibited.
  • No VPN/Proxy abuse: While we allow VPNs for privacy, using automated tools or scripts to abuse our servers is forbidden.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username, password, and M3U links). You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login details.

4. Content Availability & Quality

We strive to provide a high-quality streaming experience with 99.9% uptime. However, the nature of IPTV means that:

  • We do not guarantee that all channels, VODs, or series will be available at all times. Channels may be added, removed, or updated without prior notice.
  • Streaming quality depends heavily on your internet connection speed (we recommend at least 30 Mbps for 4K/FHD streaming) and the device you are using.

5. Payment & Refunds

We accept various payment methods including Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, and Cryptocurrency. All payments are securely processed.

We offer a 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase. After this period, no refunds will be issued. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.

6. Reseller Program

If you are part of our B2B Reseller Program, additional terms apply. Resellers are responsible for managing their own clients and providing first-line support to them. Credits purchased by resellers do not expire but are strictly non-refundable once used to activate a customer account.
